- Please note that when a next day service option is requested, this service is NOT GUARANTEED, as this may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. We will do our absolute best, but please be aware that this cannot be guaranteed, and we will not be able to refund orders or delivery charges due to late deliveries.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OF OUR SHIPMENTS MUST BE SIGNED FOR UPON DELIVERY. It is the customer's duty to ensure that someone will be at home to sign for the parcel, which will be delivered by W&B's couriers.
- If the shipment has the misfortune of arriving with you (the customer) damaged, the parcel MUST BE CLEARLY SIGNED FOR AS DAMAGED.
Failure to do this means that Wright & Bromley are unable to make a claim
against the couriers for damage in transit, and could result in us being
unable to refund you for the damaged goods. Wright & Bromley must be
notified of the damage within 48 hours of the receipt of delivery.
- Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday, orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. We regret we cannot guarantee delivery times.
- For deliveries to postcodes beginning with AB, to Aberdeen and the surrounding areas, and postcodes ; DD8-10, FK8 3, FK16-17 & 21, TD1-15, PH10-11, PH13-14, IV1-36, 40, 52-54, KA27, KA28, PA20-49, PA62-77, PH17-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, HS1, KW1-3&5-14, IM1-9 & 99 delivery times will take longer than UK mainland postcodes, due to the more remote nature of these areas, and what can be achieved logistically by couriers.
